SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

*COVID19  related delays - we are in continuous contact with our international freight and local courier partners as well as with our suppliers. We expect we may experience some delays with some of our deliveries but we do not see any disruption or stoppage of freight movement. In certain delivery area's where COVID19 measures are in place the courier service might require contact less delivery (approval to leave by the door), in such cases you will be notified by the courier service. Stay safe where ever you are!

DELIVERY POLICY

We process all orders within three business days. Occasionally products are on backorder or out of stock. Merchandise will be shipped as soon as it comes in from the manufacturer.

Delivery time frames are normally up to 2 weeks, however sometimes delivery can extend up to 3 weeks for factors outside our control, we try to notify on the website when we expect longer delivery times but we can't anticipate all delays. The time-frames are also listed in the checkout shipping options.

We are in the process of providing additional and faster delivery options for some of the size variants, these options are based on in country available stock.

We currently provide Cot mattress variants 130x69, 132x70 and 131x75 with faster delivery options of 2-5 days in Australia based on in country stock. These faster delivery times fall within our regular shipping option and don't require additional payment. If you wish to enquire if we have in stock the variants you seek, feel free to contact us.

We deliver our mattresses fully assembled, we are in the process of exploring flat pack (disassembled) deliveries to allow more efficient and faster shipping scenarios. As we are still in trial and beta phase, we do not offer this option on our store. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in this option. 

All orders with mattress require a signature on receipt. Parcels are sent via courier, so we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. If there is nobody present to sign, the merchandise will be taken back to the courier depot and a card will be left with a number for you to contact to arrange a re-delivery. We reserve the right to not deliver items based on location. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address - if an incorrect address is supplied, the customer will be required to pay for the re-delivery cost. 

For orders that do not include a mattress, a signature is not required and parcels can be left at the mail box. 

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

If you refuse a delivery from Numu-roo, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, and the cost of returning the merchandise to Numu-roo. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

FREE DELIVERY

Free mattress deliveries to Australia and New-Zealand are currently offered.

For purchases that do not include a mattress, we offer free delivery when purchase amount is 89 AUD or above. Below 89 AUD we will charge a flat rate of 20 AUD for shipment

We may change this policy at any future time.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND

We can ship our mattresses to any location (including the USA), we currently offer a flat international shipping rate to locations outside Australia and New Zealand. Please note that customs and/or import duty charges as well as any VAT/GST payment that may be required under local law will be borne by the customer as per the local agencies/authorities collection process.

Numu-roo is unable to anticipate such charges for all locations, please make sure you understand the expected costs for your location

DELIVERIES TO USA AND CANADA

We now also offer a USA and Canada delivery option. Please note, we are not Amazon... it will take around 14 days to deliver. We think its worth the wait, but do account for this when considering the Numu for your baby. If you have any questions, do feel free to contact us

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased from Numu-roo may be returned in the original condition and unused for a credit, excluding any shipping charges. You must contact customer care within 3  days of receipt of the merchandise if there is any issue or damage upon arrival. 

In the case of Numu-roo cot mattress, a 100 nights return policy is in place (not for damage but for user experience)

In the case of Numu-roo bassinet mattress, a 20 night return policy is in place (not for damage but for user experience).

If applying the 100/20 nights guarantee policy, you can do so only after you have tried the mattress for a minimum of two weeks. This is to allow baby to get used to the mattress before a decision to return is made.

The guarantee policy allows for the return of and refund the mattress only. Returns will preferably be with carton mattress arrived in. Shipping the return will be organised by Numu-roo and the shipping cost will be reduced from the refund amount.

If you believe an item is faulty or damaged, we may need to have the item assessed by the manufacturer to determine whether or not you are entitled to a refund. Please reach out to us as soon as you are aware of the fault.

In most cases, requested refunds will be applied once the mattress has been returned to our Melbourne location excluding any shipping costs

Numu-roo will, at all times, honour its obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.
